Kozhaya Tannous has been appointed general manager of Nova M Hotel Olaya Riyadh, Edge by Rotana. The property marks the debut of the Edge by Rotana brand in the city.
With over 22 years in the hospitality sector, Tannous brings substantial experience to this new role. He began his career at Hilton Beirut Habtoor Grand and has held significant roles across the Middle East, including director of F&B at Media Rotana and Towers Rotana in Dubai, and later EAM and deputy general manager at Amwaj Rotana at JBR, Dubai.
Most recently, Tannous served as acting GM at Centro Salama in Jeddah, where he played a crucial role in achieving strategic goals and managing hotel pre-openings and operations. His leadership approach focuses on creating a positive work environment and maintaining high service standards.
As general manager of Nova M Hotel Olaya Riyadh, Edge by Rotana, Tannous will oversee the pre-opening process, including hiring and training staff, and setting the strategic direction for the hotel to ensure it meets guest expectations. His expertise in hotel management and commitment to continuous improvement will be instrumental in the hotel's success.
