SH Hotels & Resorts has appointed Jonathan Heath as EVP, food & beverage and hotel operations. He contributes to all facets of the company's operations, enhancing both hotel and dining experiences as the brand continues its global expansion.
Heath is an expert in hotel openings, critical path timeline management, concept and service flow design for hotels, F&B outlets and spas, according to the company. Most recently, he was corporate head, food & beverage at Six Senses Hotels Resorts Spas, where he managed operations and pre-openings across 20 countries. Previously, as COO of F10 Creative, he integrated food, art and design into unique guest experiences. His career also includes senior roles at W Hotels, ACE Hotel, Viceroy Hotel Group and Soho House UK.
