Shovan Arora has been appointed as Director of Sales at Grand Hyatt Dubai
Since joining Grand Hyatt Dubai as a sales manager in 2021, Arora's remarkable performance, leadership, and commitment to excellence led to his promotion to associate director of sales in 2023.
Arora has consistently demonstrated his exceptional leadership by fostering a culture of care and growth within the sales team at Grand Hyatt Dubai. Known for his commitment to mentoring and nurturing talent, He has played a pivotal role in shaping a strong, motivated team of sales professionals. He leads by example, empowering his team members to excel in their current roles and grow in their careers.
As a director of sales, Arora will work closely will senior leadership to continue developing and implementing innovative sales strategies aimed at expanding the hotel's market presence. Assuming this new role, Arora will oversee the strategic direction of the sales division, and keep motivating himself and his team to achieve seemingly unattainable goals.
