Michael Mason-Shaw has been promoted to Regional Director of Operations for the UK & Ireland. Moving from his previous role as General Manager at the 280-room Hyatt Place London City East, Michael will focus on driving operational excellence across the portfolio in these key markets, with a remit including development of relationships with owners and wider stakeholders. His hands-on approach, proven track record of improving operational efficiency and expertise in managing full-service properties, will be instrumental as Cycas continues to expand its presence in the region.
