A seasoned spa professional, Diamos' passion for wellness and commitment to excellence will be instrumental in transforming the spa at The Ritz-Carlton, St. Thomas. In her new role, Diamos will leverage her extensive knowledge to elevate the spa program at The Ritz-Carlton, St. Thomas, by focusing on curating unique wellness experiences that harmonize with the island's serene beauty, offering guests a truly rejuvenating escape. Under her leadership, the spa is poised to deliver the highest levels of personalized care and relaxation for guests.
Throughout her career, Diamos has demonstrated an unwavering dedication to excellence. Most recently the Spa Manager at The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman, she led operations and led the spa to earn the prestigious Forbes 5 Star rating in 2023, following a 4 Star rating from 2022. Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, Diamos successfully exceeded spa revenue forecasts and maintained outstanding guest satisfaction scores, including earning the highest guest satisfaction score across all Ritz-Carlton properties worldwide in 2018.
