Aya Kharabsheh has been appointed assistant director of marketing and public relations at The Ritz-Carlton, Riyadh.

She is a seasoned professional with over 14 years of experience in marketing and public relations.

Kharabsheh's extensive career spans various leadership roles, most notably her nine-year tenure at Marriott International, where she managed marketing and communications for key properties, including JW Marriott Riyadh and the Amman Marriott.

Kharabsheh's journey began with ICS Financial Systems, where she honed her strategic marketing skills. In 2015, she transitioned into hospitality, joining InterContinental Hotels Group in Jordan as cluster marketing manager.

This role led to further opportunities, including marketing manager at Sheraton Amman Al Nabil and leadership positions across four prestigious hotels: Amman Marriott, Dead Sea Marriott Resort & Spa, Petra Marriott Hotel and Sheraton Amman Al Nabil.

Kharabsheh's work at Marriott International culminated in her role at JW Marriott Riyadh, where she led digital marketing and social media strategies. Her contributions earned her a place in the 2024 Hotelier Marketing Power List, recognising her impact on the industry.

In her new role at The Ritz-Carlton, Riyadh, Kharabsheh will oversee marketing and public relations, focusing on digital strategies to enhance the brand's presence in the region.
