Gary Jones has been appointed as Equity Director – Finance & Operations at AENDRE Group
Gary Jones takes the role of Equity Director - Finance & Operations with over 30 years commercial and financial experience in the real estate sector and joins AENDRE Group from Delin Property where he oversaw finance, legal, risk and compliance as CFO. Prior to this, Jones was at Aprirose as COO, leading the serviced platform for six and a half years. Jones is a qualified accountant who worked for almost 11 years at Arthur Andersen, Deloitte and KPMG advising clients, particularly in private equity and real estate, on business and tax.
In this new role, Jones will lead the financial and operations departments at AENDRE Group as it delivers on its strategy to create a series of new scalable hospitality brands with a focus on transitioning carbon inefficient office buildings into green destination properties that foster communal belonging.
