Louise Astbury has been appointed as General Manager at Paradise Retreats
Nocturne Luxury Villas, owner and operator of best-in-class luxury villa rental companies in the US, Caribbean, and Mexico, announces the appointment of Louise Astbury to general manager of Paradise Retreats in Santa Barbara.
As general manager of Paradise Retreats, Astbury will oversee homeowner acquisition, property management and all areas of operations of the business.
Astbury joins Paradise Retreats from Inspirato, where she served as the director of assets since 2022. Previously, she spent 14 years with Spanish Peaks Mountain Club and Montage International (Big Sky, Montana), where she served as general manager (2018-2021), club director (2016-2018), and member services director (2008-2016). Astbury has also held positions with Savvy Destinations, Exclusive Resorts, and the Colorado Hotel and Lodging Association.Astbury is a California native and a Santa Barbara resident. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Hotel Management from Florida International University.
Louise Astbury is an alumnus of FIU Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management – Class of 2001.
