Matthew Omansky has been appointed as Senior Vice President at HVS North America, Brokerage & Advisory Division
HVS, the leader in global hospitality consulting, is pleased to announce the expansion of its North America Brokerage & Advisory division with the addition of Matthew (Matt) Omansky as Senior Vice President.
Matt assists investors with acquisition and disposition services of hotel properties of all classes and sizes, with a specialized focus in Central/West Texas and New Mexico. He has been instrumental in providing solutions for clients, with hotel transactions across the United States totaling over $200 million in value.
Matt's deep market knowledge and client-focused approach allow him to offer strategic guidance on investment opportunities, from initial acquisition to successful disposition. This, together with the breadth of HVS resources and Matt's long-standing industry relationships, provides a unique advantage for his clients.
Previously, Matt held positions as Senior Associate at Marcus & Millichap and, earlier, as Senior Associate, Hotel Commercial Sales at Ten-X, where he executed hotel investment sales transactions across the United States. He is driven by a passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals and a belief in the power of real estate to transform lives.
