Lucits Dean has been appointed as Director of Sales at Hotel Granada Midtown Atlanta
Lucits Dean brings over 17 years of hospitality experience to her position as the Director of Sales for Hotel Granada in Atlanta, GA. Born and raised in Houston, TX, Dean's passion for the industry began while working as night auditor during her time at Houston Community College, where she earned her degree in Business Entrepreneurship.
Throughout her professional career, Dean has held several leadership roles, including Director of Sales for EVEN Hotels and Task Force Sales for Schulte Hospitality, as well as Sales Manager and Director of Sales and Marketing for Crown Plaza Houston, Hyatt Regency North Houston and several Holiday Inn properties across the greater Houston area. Her leadership and achievements have also contributed to several industry awards, including the Most Profitable Business Award (2022), Creative Business Award (2022) and Event Space Award (2023). Dean's professional involvement includes active memberships with The Gathering Spot, Metro Atlanta Black Professionals and the Black Achievers Network.
Dean resides in Decatur, GA, with her partner, Maya, her son, Malik, and their dog, Zora. While not at work, Dean is an avid reader with an extensive book collection. She is also a fan of watching movies and enjoys visiting the theatre to see live plays and musicals.
