The Doyle Collection, the Irish family-owned group of luxury landmark hotels is delighted to announce the appointment of Timur Sentuerk as Chief Executive Officer. Timur joins The Doyle Collection as a passionate hotelier with a wealth of experience and knowledge, marking an exciting new chapter for the group.
In his new role, Timur will oversee the strategic direction of The Doyle Collection, which operates a portfolio of hotels in Dublin, London, Washington D.C, Cork and Bristol. With a focus on growth and elevating guest experience, together with his passion for people development, team performance and wellbeing, Timur plans to drive innovation across the brand's operations and expand its presence in key markets.
Timur brings over 30 years of executive leadership experience in the luxury hospitality industry, with a track record of operational excellence at leading international hotel brands. Timur's career to date has seen him lead some of the most renowned hotels and iconic brands across the globe, such as Kempinski Hotels, Langham Hospitality Group, Pan Pacific Hotels Group, Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, and Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group.
Timur joins The Doyle Collection from his most recent position as Chief Operating Officer at Kempinski Hotels, where he was responsible for overseeing a diverse portfolio of hotels and residences in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. His strategic leadership has earned him his reputation for delivering exceptional results, driving long-term profitability and supporting hotel development. As a seasoned industry leader with global experience, Timur has become a keynote speaker at institutions including EHL Hospitality Business School Lausanne and The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
