Veteran hotelier, Gabriel Polias, has spent more than 20 years managing luxury hotels in Australia and China. He joins Vibe Darling Harbour fresh from a stint with the Ovolo Woolloomooloo luxury boutique hotel in Sydney, where he has excelled at attracting both leisure and corporate clients, and in making every guest stay a memorable experience.
With a remarkable career that spans some of Sydney's most celebrated hotels—including the Sydney Harbour Marriott, Sofitel Darling Harbour, and The Star—Gabriel brings a wealth of knowledge and innovation across both rooms and food and beverage operations.
Gabriel maintains the highlight of his career to date was his time in China where he managed various luxury hotels in Shanghai and Beijing and gained valuable insights into the complexities and nuances of the various markets, and in elevating guest experiences across borders/languages.
