Rodrigo Cabral, director of F&B, brings over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Much of his career has been dedicated to shaping the UAE's luxury dining scene, where he has led operations at renowned venues such as Buddha Bar and Siddharta Lounge at Grosvenor House Dubai. As GM of VaKaVa at Jumeirah Etihad Towers, Cabral played a pivotal role in the property's successful transition from Jumeirah to Hilton.
In just six months at Conrad Abu Dhabi, Cabral has already made a significant impact, introducing new dining concepts and improving guest experiences.
