Len Dumas has been appointed as Director of Club Operations at Silverado Resort

Dumas is the president of the California Alliance for Golf, an industry advocate group, and most recently served as the Executive Director/COO of the Northern California PGA, as well as Chairman of the Board for the Northern California PGA Foundation. In this role, he managed operations for over 1,100 PGA members representing more than 400 clubs across Northern California, demonstrating unparalleled expertise in golf operations, instruction, and industry growth. Prior to his role with the Northern California PGA, Dumas spent 14 years at Contra Costa Country Club (CCCC) in Pleasant Hill—10 years as General Manager and four as Director of Golf. During his tenure, he managed club operations, agronomy, food and beverage services, membership sales, and capital improvements. His leadership played a pivotal role in the success of a club serving over 440 members with an 18-hole golf course, two dining venues, and a team of 70 employees. His connection to the Silverado Resort dates back to 2015 when his band performed on the property during the Frys.com tournament's volunteer thank-you party.
