Arjun Kaggallu has been appointed as General Manager at Aloft Abu Dhabi
Aloft Abu Dhabi has announced the appointment of Arjun Kaggallu as its new general manager. Kaggallu has over 17 years of experience in the hospitality industry, having worked with leading global hospitality brands across India, Europe, and the United States.
As general manager of Aloft Abu Dhabi, Kaggallu will lead all aspects of operations. Kaggallu began his journey with Marriott in 2006, over the years he has held many notable leadership positions at esteemed properties including, Marriott Hyderabad, St Regis New York, Courtyard by Marriott Ahmedabad, and JW Marriott Bengaluru.
Prior to joining Aloft Abu Dhabi, Kaggallu served as general manager at Novotel Hotel & Residences, Kolkata. His first appointment as general manager was at Hyatt Centric Candolim Goa in 2019.
Kaggallu holds a Bachelor's degree in hospitality and tourism management from Business School Chardonne, Switzerland, complimented by an E-Cornell Certification and a diploma in hotel management from the Merit Swiss Asian School.
