Nelson Riffard has been appointed as Commercial Director at InterContinental Dubai Marina

InterContinental Dubai Marina has announced the appointment of Nelson Riffard as its new commercial director.

Riffard has over 12 years of experience in the hospitality industry, specialising in developing commercial strategies that leverage data to drive profitability, optimise performance, and fuel sustainable growth for major hospitality brands. In his new role as commercial director, Riffard will oversee strategies to exceed revenue targets across rooms, conference & events, F&B, and leisure, while leading marketing initiatives, building partnerships, and ensuring strong market positioning.

Prior to the new role, Riffard delivered impactful results, successfully managing complex commercial operations across multiple properties, as cluster revenue director at InterContinental Festival City.
