Luigi Iannuario has been appointed as Executive Chef at Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club, Autograph Collection

Inspired by the hotel's art deco charm and timeless elegance, Chef Iannuario crafts menus that blend bold, authentic flavors, delivering dining experiences that celebrate Italy's rich gastronomic traditions. Cooking has been a lifelong passion for the chef, who was raised in Milan. He says he learned the fundamentals of Italian cuisine from his grandmother and parents, who instilled in him a respect for fresh, seasonal ingredients and the joy of creating meals that bring people together. He trained at the prestigious Istituto Alberghiero Professionale "Carlo Porta" and built a career working in renowned kitchens across Europe and the U.S., including several iconic Michelin-starred locations such as The Alberta Relais & Chateaux and Ristorante Dal Pescatore Santini.
