Philipp Morawietz has been appointed Director of Corporate Development at NUMA Group
NUMA Group, has announced the appointment of Philipp Morawietz as its new Director of Corporate Development. This newly established position aligns with the company's growth strategy and international expansion, as NUMA now operates in 15 European countries.
In his role, Morawietz will focus on key areas such as market entries, business model extensions, and the execution of strategic projects. He will report directly to NUMA Group's CEO, Christian Gaiser, and collaborate closely with the leadership team.
Morawietz brings extensive experience in the hospitality and technology sectors. Most recently, he served as Managing Director at Homelike, a platform specializing in serviced apartment rentals, where he managed several departments including supply, corporate business, strategy, and finance. Prior to that, Morawietz spent over ten years at HRS Group, where he led corporate development efforts, managed M&A activities, and played an important role on the company's transition from a B2C to a B2B model. He also oversaw global procurement and digitized hotel rate negotiations for large corporate clients.
Morawietz's appointment is expected to support NUMA Group's continued growth and enhance its strategic initiatives as it expands its presence in the European market.
