Trong Nguyen has been appointed as Cluster Director of Food & Beverage at Premier Village Danang Resort and Novotel Danang Premier Han River

With an impressive working history in the F&B hospitality industry, Mr. Trong brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his role.

From August 2014 to November 2014, he joined Halong Bay Cruise as an Assistant Cruise Manager. And after that, he was promoted to Cluster Cruise Director from September 2016 to December 2016.

Following his successful tenure at Halong Bay Cruise, he joined JW Marriott Hanoi as a Lounge & Pool Bar Manager from December 2016 to June 2018 and with an outstanding development, he held the role Food & Beverage Manager at Shilla Hotels & Resorts from September 2019 to August 2021.

From 2021, Mr. Trong joined Premier Village Danang Resort and currently he is Director Food & Beverage. With his strong background in F&B, Mr. Trong is well-equipped to take on his new role as Cluster Director of Food & Beverage. His commitment to excellence and extensive industry knowledge will undoubtedly contribute to the success of the team and enhance the guest experience at the organization.

Since 18th February 2025, Mr. Trong will join Novotel Danang Premier Han River team as Cluster Director of Food & Beverage (Novotel Danang Premier Han River & Premier Village Danang Resort). We are confident that under his leadership, our Food & Beverage department will thrive and continue to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our valued guests.

In his new role, Trong Nguyen will oversee the food and beverage operations across both Premier Village Danang Resort and Novotel Danang Han Premier, ensuring high standards of service, innovation in dining experiences, and operational excellence. His leadership will be instrumental in enhancing guest satisfaction, optimizing efficiencies, and driving the overall culinary vision for both properties.
