Chintan Dadhich has been appointed as Complex General Manager at Tempo by Hilton Times Square

Hilton announces the appointment of Chintan Dadhich as complex general manager of the 661-room Tempo by Hilton Times Square located in Midtown Manhattan. In his new role, Dadhich will continue to oversee the 463-room Conrad New York Downtown where he's been since 2022. As complex general manager, he will lead operations for both properties, driving excellence in guest experience, team engagement and brand positioning.

With over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry and 22 years with Hilton, Dadhich has demonstrated leadership across a range of luxury properties. As general manager of Conrad New York Downtown, he plays a pivotal role in positioning the hotel as one of Lower Manhattan's top luxury destinations, and has garnered numerous accolades, including three consecutive Connie Awards - Hilton's highest honor, given to the top-performing hotels in the Americas. Prior to his move to New York in 2022, Dadhich led a successful repositioning of Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas, overseeing a major renovation.

Dadhich began his career at Hilton Boston Logan Airport, where he held leadership positions in food & beverage and guest services. His expertise further spanned to properties including La Quinta Resort & Club, now part of Curio Collection by Hilton; Arizona Biltmore, now part of LXR Hotels & Resorts, culminating in his role as opening general manager of Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach where he successfully introduced the resort to a competitive market.

Originally from India, Dadhich worked with prestigious brands such as Le Méridien and Oberoi Hotels & Resorts and moved to the United States in 2001 where he earned his master's in hospitality & tourism management from Johnson & Wales University. He is known for his engaged leadership style, with a strong focus on aligning the needs of Team Members, guests, and ownership to achieve exceptional results.
