Over the years, Younes has been responsible for strategic initiatives that contributed to the hotel's market positioning and guest experience. During his tenure, he oversaw the introduction of several dining and partnership initiatives.

These included exclusive cooking classes, a set menu collaboration with renowned chef Nicolas Isnard at House of Grill, and high-profile partnerships such as Jo Malone London's Afternoon Tea at The Savoy.

Younes also played a key role in repositioning the dining experience at Che Figata! and led the launch of the hotel's first Ramadan tent, which introduced a large-scale Iftar experience. His focus on operational efficiency and service enhancements supported revenue growth and guest engagement.

As director of rooms, Younes will now oversee all aspects of the rooms division, focusing on front-office operations, housekeeping, and guest services. His objective will be to enhance service consistency, optimise operational performance, and align guest experience with Fairmont's brand standards.
