Hyatt Centric Congress Avenue Austin is pleased to announce the appointment of Jessica Higginbotham as General Manager. Higginbotham brings a wealth of experience with Hyatt hotels and a proven track record of elevating guest experiences and driving operational excellence.
With a distinguished career spanning multiple Hyatt properties across the country, Higginbotham most recently served as General Manager at The Elms Resort & Spa in Excelsior Springs, Missouri, where she successfully implemented strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and drive repeat business. Her impressive tenure with Hyatt includes key leadership roles at Hyatt Regency DFW Airport as Director of Operations and Hyatt Regency Austin as Food & Beverage Director and Director of Rooms.
In her new role, Higginbotham will oversee all aspects of the hotel's operations, focusing on delivering exceptional guest experiences while fostering a culture of innovation and authentic hospitality. Her approach centers on building strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and partners while championing service excellence at every touchpoint.
Throughout her career, Higginbotham has demonstrated a talent for driving operational improvements and team engagement. At Hyatt Regency DFW Airport, she successfully led the hotel operations team through an extensive renovation of guest rooms and meeting spaces. Her tenure at Hyatt Regency Austin saw the property achieve leading customer service scores in the Americas region. Higginbotham holds a BS in Marketing from Nicholls State University.
