Bob Wong has been appointed as Commercial Director at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler
Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler, one of Canada's premier luxury mountain retreats, is pleased to announce the appointment of Bob Wong as Commercial Director, effective April 28, 2025.
Wong brings more than 16 years of hospitality leadership experience to his new role, having worked across seven renowned Marriott International properties throughout Canada. With a strong foundation in sales, marketing, and business development, Wong has cultivated a deep understanding of the luxury travel market and built meaningful connections with guests, partners, and industry professionals alike.
His hospitality journey includes tenure at several iconic hotels, most recently serving as director of sales and marketing at The St. Regis Toronto. Prior to that, he held senior commercial leadership roles at multiple flagship properties, contributing to the success and visibility of each destination.
Originally from Hong Kong and raised in Vancouver, British Columbia, Wong is excited to return to his home province and join the Four Seasons family in Whistler. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University, as well as an Executive Hotel Management Diploma from Imperial Hotel Management College in Vancouver.
Beyond the world of hospitality, Wong is an avid traveller who has explored more than 20 cities across 10 countries in the past two years. He enjoys spending his time outdoors hiking, staying active, and discovering new culinary experiences. His return to BC also marks a special opportunity to reconnect with family and enjoy the natural beauty of the region he calls home.
