Matlock most recently served as Regional Vice President of Operations at Aimbridge Hospitality, where he spent the past 11 years. Under his leadership, his portfolio consistently exceeded market share targets, achieved significant revenue gains, and secured high-value accounts that enhanced long-term financial performance. His ability to build high-performing teams and execute forward-thinking strategies has made a lasting impact on every organization he's served. A graduate of Oklahoma State University with a degree in Management/Hospitality and Tourism, Matlock began his career with Marriott International, gaining foundational experience in full-service operations. In 2009, he transitioned to the select-service segment, quickly advancing to oversee a portfolio of 21 select- and mid-scale properties.
