Bringing with him a wealth of global expertise in luxury hospitality from his previous roles at Domaine de Raba in Bordeaux, Palace Barrière Les Neiges in Chourchevel, Savoy Sharm Group in Sharm el-Sheikh and The St Regis in Bora Bora. Emmanuel offers a dynamic blend of operational expertise and dedication to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
With a deep-rooted passion for gastronomy and hospitality, Emmanuel joins Capelongue in Provence directly following his tenure as General Manager at Domaine de Raba, part of the prestigious Millésime Collection. His career has taken him to work alongside several renowed Michelin-starred chefs including Pierre Gagnaire and Mauro Colagreco in Courchevel, Sergi Arola in Verbier and Jean-Georges in Bora-Bora.
A citizen of the world, Emmanuel's career has taken him across France, Switzerland, Egypt and French Polynesia, shaping his refined approach to luxury hospitality. At Capelongue, he aims to elevate the property's legacy of discreet elegance, culinary excellence and Provençal authenticity.
