Ryan Fitzgerald has been appointed as General Manager at Conrad Indianapolis
Today, global hospitality leader Hilton appointed Ryan Fitzgerald as general manager of the 247-room Conrad Indianapolis. In his new role, he will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including guest experience, staff management, and financial performance. Most recently, Fitzgerald served as general manager of Waldorf Astoria Orlando, where he spearheaded a multi-million-dollar resort-wide transformation and helped the property secure a Forbes Four-Star rating and recognition as one of the top hotels in Orlando by U.S News.
With over two decades of experience in the luxury hotel and resort industry, Fitzgerald brings a proven track record of transformational leadership, operational excellence, and guest service to his new role. Prior to his latest role in Orlando, Fitzgerald held a variety of executive roles at the iconic Arizona Biltmore, Loews Philadelphia Hotel, and The Kahala Hotel & Resort in Honolulu.
Fitzgerald's career has been marked by his ability to lead prestigious properties and teams to new heights. Under Fitzgerald's leadership, Conrad Indianapolis will focus on continuing to deliver purposeful service and provide exceptional impactful guest experiences that will drive Conrad Indianapolis' continued success as a premier luxury destination.
Fitzgerald's passion for hospitality began in 1999 as a door attendant at Beverly Wilshire, a Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills. He has since worked his way through many facets of hotel management, with a focus on leading high-performing teams and driving operational success.
Ryan served as a board member for the Bonnet Creek Resort Community Development District, which was established under Chapter 190 of the Florida Statutes by Orange County ordinance. The district operated as an innovative method for planning, acquiring, operating, and maintaining community-wide improvements within planned residential areas.
Originally from Dewitt, Michigan, he enjoys spending time with his family in his free time and is deeply committed to empowering his team members to grow both personally and professionally.
