At the helm of Six Senses Con Dao's wellness journey, Darika brings a visionary approach honed through nearly two decades in luxury wellness hospitality. Her tenure at some of the world's most renowned resorts—including The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah (UAE), Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort by Anantara (UAE), InterContinental Phuket Resort (Thailand), Fairmont Hotel Amman (Jordan), and Anantara Kihavah Maldives Villas (Maldives)—has shaped her expertise in spa management, guest experience, and leadership. Notably, during her role as Director of Spa and Wellness, APAC at Outrigger Resorts, she successfully led the opening of Outrigger Konotta, Maldives, while overseeing operations across the Maldives, Fiji, Mauritius, and Thailand.
