This recent promotion marks a significant milestone and underscores Remington Hospitality's commitment to cultivating leadership from within.
Semedo brings more than 15 years of hospitality experience and a strong operational background to her new role. After nearly a decade with Remington Hospitality, she has held several key positions, including task force general manager, steadily rising through the ranks from PBX operator to front office manager and rooms division manager. As General Manager, Semedo will oversee daily hotel operations, lead cross-functional teams, and drive both exceptional guest experiences and strong business performance. Her long-standing connection to Remington's culture and values positions her to foster a collaborative environment that empowers teams to succeed.
