With over ten years of luxury hospitality experience across the Middle East and Asia, the Scotland-born professional previously led F&B at W Yas Island Abu Dhabi, achieving record-breaking revenues, award-winning dining concepts, and successful delivery of high-profile events like the Formula 1 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. Known for his expertise in concept development and pre-openings - including roles at Expo 2020's French Pavilion, Brooklyn Chop House, and Pappas Taverna - Wright brings a collaborative leadership style and an innovation-led approach to W Dubai - The Palm's diverse dining and lounge portfolio.
