Shadi Suleman

Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh has announced the appointment of Shadi Suleman as regional vice president and general manager, effective July 2025.

The move marks Suleman's return to Riyadh, where his career with Four Seasons began in 2002. He succeeds Guenter Gebhard, who led the property from 2019.

Suleman brings over two decades of experience with Four Seasons across key locations in the Middle East, including Syria, Turkey, Egypt, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.

His previous roles include leadership positions at Four Seasons Hotel Doha, Four Seasons Hotel Alexandria at San Stefano, Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul at the Bosphorus, and Four Seasons Hotel Damascus.

During his most recent tenure at Four Seasons Hotel Doha, Suleman led the property through several milestones. The property earned back-to-back accolades in 2024 and 2025, alongside recognition for its spa and dining venues, Nobu and Curiosa by Jean Georges.

In his expanded role, Suleman will support Four Seasons' strategic growth across Saudi Arabia while continuing to oversee operations at the group's two properties in Qatar. He will also lead the Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh at the Kingdom Tower.

Suleman holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and hospitality management from Damascus University. Known for prioritising internal team culture, he has consistently aligned his operational strategies with talent development and service consistency across the region.

Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh is positioned in one of the capital's key mixed-use developments, the Kingdom Centre. It has direct access to the Kingdom Mall and is in close proximity to several commercial and diplomatic hubs, catering to both business and leisure travellers. The property's amenities include an outdoor pool, spa, and wellness centre.

Suleman will be responsible for overseeing enhancements to the guest experience, including refined service offerings aimed at business travellers and long-stay guests.

Suleman's appointment comes as Four Seasons continues to expand its footprint across Saudi Arabia in alignment with Vision 2030 objectives.
