His operational style focuses on systems improvement, consistent service delivery and guest satisfaction across all departments.

At Nofa Riyadh, Swart is tasked with enhancing service quality, refining F&B offerings and embedding a performance-driven culture among staff. He will oversee day-to-day operations and support the resort's positioning as a luxury destination within Saudi Arabia.

Swart's leadership approach centres on accountability, team mentorship and clear operational goals. He emphasises the importance of structure, consistent standards and staff development to sustain high-quality service delivery.

Swart's long-term objective is to further Nofa Riyadh's performance and prepare for future leadership roles, including a transition into a General Manager position. His focus remains on building efficient systems and elevating the resort's overall guest experience.
