Alfonso Sánchez has been appointed Director of Sales – Key Accounts at Villa Group Resorts
At The Villa Group Resorts & Spas, we are happy to announce that Alfonso Sánchez is the group's new Director of Sales - Key Accounts, who will help enhance the company's capabilities.
With over 10 years in the industry, he has built a career characterized by driving revenue, strengthening relationships, and building strong sales teams. He has held senior sales positions at well-known hospitality brands, including Palmaïa - The House of AïA and Hotel Belo Isla Mujeres, among others, brands he consolidated, increased visibility for, and positioned within the industry.
Something that stood out to us about Alfonso is his keen eye for identifying good market opportunities and processes, along with his belief that promoting a collaborative work culture should be at the core of any business. This idea has been shaped by his experience working with national and international brands, including hotels, travel agencies, and vacation clubs, where clients benefit from the care and excellence that only a healthy and happy team can deliver.
