Nicole Rodriguez has been promoted to General Manager at Riviera Beach House in Santa Barbara. With over a decade of experience spanning hotel operations, sales, marketing, and event management, Rodriguez brings a well-rounded perspective to her new role. She previously served as Assistant General Manager at Sandcastle Hotel on the Beach, where she managed daily operations and championed service excellence. Rodriguez's background also includes leadership roles at Sycamore Mineral Springs Resort & Spa, overseeing group sales, marketing, and social media across the resort, restaurant, and spa. Earlier in her career, she developed her expertise in guest services and team development through front office management positions at The Cliffs Resort and Courtyard by Marriott.
