His career spans some of Australia's most well-regarded hotels, including The Larwill Art Series Melbourne, Sequoia Luxury Lodge, Mount Lofty House, and Sofitel Adelaide.
Most recently serving as General Manager at The Larwill Art Series, Sushant introduced sustainability programs that earned Eco Certification from Eco Tourism Australia, launched community partnerships to strengthen local engagement, and cultivated a high-performing culture inspired by Accor's Heartist philosophy.
His career began in food and beverage and evolved through key management roles, equipping him with a deep understanding of strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, brand repositioning, and the delivery of exceptional guest experiences across both boutique and luxury properties.
