Sam Fakih joins as General Manager, bringing more than 23 years of hospitality expertise to the role. His impressive career includes leadership positions at IHG-branded hotels, most recently as Cluster General Manager for Crowne Plaza Burwood and Holiday Inn & Suites Parramatta Marsden Street. Sam's extensive experience and deep understanding of the local market will be instrumental in establishing Novotel Sydney Cabramatta as a premier destination in Western Sydney.
