In this role, Rogers will lead all food and beverage operations at the property, spanning signature restaurant Porta Blu, in-room dining, banquet services for meetings and events, and more. With a strong focus on quality and service, he will shape a dynamic food and beverage program that appeals to both hotel guests and the local community.

With almost 15 years experience at leading hospitality brands, including Four Seasons properties in Palm Beach, Whistler, and Dallas, Rogers brings a dynamic blend of leadership, creativity, and service-driven excellence to the role. Most recently, he served as Director of Food & Beverage at The Mirage Resort & Casino in Las Vegas. Rogers is deeply passionate about hospitality and is driven to lead with both purpose and innovation. His appointment aligns with the hotel's vision to deliver an unmatched level of service and quality in every aspect of the guest experience.

Rogers is a graduate of Texas Christian University, holding a Bachelor's in Business and an MBA from Duke University. He resides in Menlo Park and in his free time, enjoys hiking, traveling, and cooking. He's known for his stylish presence and approachable leadership style.
