Christian Gradnitzer has been appointed as Group Director of Food & Beverage at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group

Mandarin Oriental has announced a series of senior appointments to reinforce critical areas of its business, as the Group executes its transformation strategy and advances its ambition to unfold its full potential.

To deliver on this ambition, the Group has appointed proven leaders across food and beverage, technology, sustainability and wellness, essential to driving commercial performance and sustaining Mandarin Oriental's competitive edge.

The new appointments include Christian Gradnitzer as Group Director of Food & Beverage, bringing 30 years of international leadership experience and a reputation for shaping distinctive dining concepts that enhance brand equity. Christian previously played a pivotal role in establishing Jumeirah Group's global restaurant division, holding several senior positions with Hilton International and most recently he led Rikas Hospitality Group, the leading operator of restaurants and beach clubs in the Middle East as VP of Business Development and Operations.
