Jordan Austin-Harris has been appointed General Manager at Great Wolf Lodge Webster
Great Wolf Lodge announced a key leadership appointment at one of its premier locations; Jordan Austin-Harris joins as general manager of Great Wolf Lodge Webster.
Bringing over 25 years of expertise in the hospitality industry, Jordan has held key roles at Aimbridge, Evolution, and Westmont Hospitality Groups. With a proven track record in revenue management and driving growth in challenging markets, Jordan has demonstrated exceptional leadership.
Since January 2024, Jordan has served as general manager of Great Wolf Lodge Southern California, overseeing operations and continuing to deliver outstanding guest experiences. Along with her husband and three children, Jordan will relocate to Webster, Texas, where she will serve as the lodge's new general manager.
Since its opening in August 2024, Great Wolf Lodge Webster has welcomed guests with immersive experiences, and Jordan is poised to further enhance its offerings and team excellence.
