Michael Medeiros has been appointed as Managing Director at Omni Mount Washington Resort & Spa

Omni Hotels & Resorts is proud to announce the appointment of Michael Medeiros as Managing Director of the Omni Mount Washington Resort & Spa, ushering in a new era of leadership at the storied New Hampshire destination. With more than 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Medeiros brings not only deep operational expertise but also a clear vision for strengthening the resort's culture of excellence through a dynamic, strategic leadership team.

In his new role, Medeiros will focus on building and empowering that team, fostering a workplace that inspires collaboration and innovation while upholding the resort's long-standing tradition of delivering exceptional guest experiences. His first leadership appointment is Jeff Ludec as General Manager, who will oversee day-to-day operations at the property. Ludec, who has served as Resort Manager at the property for nearly three years, also brings extensive leadership experience from Ocean Edge Resort & Golf Club and Hyatt Hotel properties in Boston, San Diego and Beaver Creek. These appointments come shortly after Chris Ellms was named General Manager of Ski Operations, underscoring the resort's continued investment in strong leadership across all facets of the property.

Before joining the Omni Mount Washington Resort & Spa, Medeiros most recently served as General Manager of the Omni William Penn Hotel in Pittsburgh. He previously spent nearly three decades with Sonesta Hotels, advancing through leadership positions at properties across the U.S., including General Manager roles in Fort Lauderdale and Boston.
