Marie-Charlotte Gauter has been appointed Director of Operations at Waldorf Astoria London Admiralty Arch, marking the third time she joins General Manager Guillaume Marly's leadership team.

Marie-Charlotte brings more than a decade of experience in luxury hospitality, most recently serving as Director of Operations at Hotel Café Royal, where she was promoted in 2025 after joining the property in 2018. A recipient of the Acorn Award '30 Under 30' (2023), she also completed an internship with The Dinex Group in New York, founded by Chef Daniel Boulud, now Chef Partner for Waldorf Astoria London Admiralty Arch.

Her appointment underscores the hotel's focus on operational excellence and guest experience ahead of its opening.
