Waldorf Astoria London Admiralty Arch has appointed Carly Gill as HR Director, joining the pre-opening leadership team for the landmark hotel's 2026 debut.

Carly brings 15 years of experience across hotel operations and human resources, most recently serving as Cluster HR Manager for multiple Hilton properties in London. She has led award-winning people initiatives and continues to drive industry-first programmes in social impact, apprenticeships and succession planning to nurture the next generation of hospitality talent.

Her appointment highlights the brand's commitment to building an inspired and inclusive culture at the heart of its newest flagship in London.

Carly Gill is an alumnus of University of West London - London Geller College of Hospitality and Tourism – Class of 2010.
