Dreamscape Hospitality has appointed Phil Magnelli as Manager of Financial Systems & Planning, a new addition to its growing corporate finance team.
Phil joins after more than six years with Spire Hospitality, where he specialized in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and systems management for a national hotel portfolio.
In his new role, Phil will focus on enhancing Dreamscape's financial systems and planning processes, helping drive data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency across the company's portfolio.
