Colliers, a leading diversified professional services and investment management company announced the appointment of Andrew Healy as Senior Vice President. Based in Atlanta, GA, Healy will join the hospitality practice led by Vice Chair Mark Owens, focusing on hospitality investment sales and structured transactions. His role advances the firm's hospitality growth strategy while enhancing its investment sales platform.
Healy brings more than a decade of real estate experience with a focus on hospitality investment strategy, capital markets, and financial structuring. He most recently served as Vice President at CBRE Hotels, specializing in hotel investment sales and debt and structured finance. Andrew's experience includes approximately $3 billion in loan originations, equity placements, and recapitalizations within CBRE's Debt & Structured Finance practice. His earlier roles at JLL and US Bank further deepened his hospitality finance expertise. Healy holds a finance degree from the University of Georgia and is a CFA Charter holder.
