Cole Parsons has been appointed as Managing Director at The Eliza Jane
The Eliza Jane, a boutique hotel in the heart of New Orleans, has appointed Cole Parsons as Managing Director. Parsons will lead all aspects of the 196-room property's operations, including strategic planning, guest experience, and team development.
With more than two decades of hospitality experience, Parsons brings an extensive leadership background spanning both local and national markets. Before joining The Eliza Jane, he held senior roles at several of New Orleans' top hotels, including NOPSI Hotel, Omni Royal Orleans, and The Westin New Orleans. His career also includes leadership positions in Orlando, San Diego, and Las Vegas.
