Jonathan Lithgow has been appointed Managing Director at Grace Bay Club in Providenciales

With over two decades of senior leadership experience across some of the world's most distinguished hospitality brands, Lithgow brings a proven track record of operational excellence and people-first leadership to his new role.
As Managing Director of Grace Bay Club, Lithgow will oversee all aspects of the resort's operations, guest experience, and commercial strategy, with a focus on strengthening its global positioning as one of the Caribbean's premier luxury destinations. Lithgow's career includes regional and general management roles with Aman Resorts in China, Bhutan, Cambodia, Vietnam, Laos, and Sri Lanka, where he successfully led complex multi-property operations and owner relations while preserving the exclusivity of ultra-luxury hospitality. Earlier in his career, he achieved international acclaim when, at the age of 27, he conducted his first hotel pre-opening as General Manager of Singita Lebombo, which earned Tatler Magazine's "Best New Opening" award that same year.
