Randy Diamond has been appointed as Regional Vice President, Pivot at Davidson Hospitality Group
Leading hospitality management company Davidson Hospitality Group announces the appointment of a key corporate leadership role: Randy Diamond, in his new role as Regional Vice President, Pivot, oversees the direction of best-in-class hotel operations and successful financial performance, while also fostering team member professional development and enhancing guest satisfaction.
Diamond joins most recently from Highgate Hotels, where he was Vice President of Operations overseeing a mix of 10 independent, luxury, lifestyle, and branded hotels. During his tenure, he oversaw more than 900 team members and launched three new independent brands from conception through proforma, branding, renovation, and post-opening execution. He has held a number of leadership positions at lifestyle and luxury hotels across the country, including Dream Nashville, Shutters on the Beach in Santa Monica; Beverly Wilshire, A Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills; Ritz-Carlton Chicago; Four Seasons Houston, and Four Seasons Philadelphia. He holds a B.S. in Hospitality Administration from Boston University.
