Michael Pace has joined Archer Hotel Napa as general manager. With more than thirty years in hospitality, including leadership roles at iconic San Francisco hotels such as the InterContinental Mark Hopkins, Clift, and W Hotel, and over a decade with Kimpton Hotels.
Known for his curiosity, behind-the-scenes orchestration and deep devotion to gracious hospitality, Pace leads with warmth, precision and a relentless commitment to excellence. His approach reflects a belief in team empowerment, thoughtful sustainability and experiences that feel personal and considered — values that are synonymous with Archer's way of hosting.
Having transitioned from San Francisco's city center to the heart of downtown Napa, Pace welcomes the shift in rhythm.
