Hampus Streiffert has joined Newbond Holdings as Vice President of Asset Management, overseeing the strategic and financial performance of Newbond's hospitality portfolio.
With nearly two decades of experience, Hampus brings deep expertise across global hotel operations, capital planning, and investment strategy. He previously served as Director of Asset Management at Host Hotels & Resorts, where he oversaw 14 luxury and upscale hotels totaling more than 4,000 rooms, participated in capital projects, and underwrote ROI-driven repositioning opportunities. His earlier roles at HotelAVE and Strategic Hotels & Resorts supported over $1 billion in hotel transactions.
Hampus Streiffert is an alumnus of DePaul University – Class of 2013.
