Brittany Jernigan (BJ) Hampton has been appointed as Director of Sales, Marketing & Events at Andaz West Hollywood

Andaz West Hollywood, the iconic rock 'n' roll hotel located on Los Angeles' legendary Sunset Strip, is pleased to announce the appointment of Brittany Jernigan (BJ) Hampton as Director of Sales, Marketing & Events. A seasoned sales and marketing leader with more than 15 years of hospitality experience, Hampton will oversee revenue strategy, brand positioning, and integrated sales and marketing initiatives, while playing a key role in shaping the hotel's commercial performance and guest experience.

Prior to joining Andaz West Hollywood, Hampton served as Area Director of Sales and Marketing for Hyatt Lifestyle West, supporting Wild Palms Hotel and Hotel Avante. During her tenure, she led successful rebranding efforts for renovated properties, restructured sales teams to improve operational efficiency, and implemented data-driven strategies that drove significant revenue growth and increased market share.

Her accomplishments include receiving Hyatt's HyPerformer Award for Digital Excellence, winning the HY5 Sales Blitz for Most Definite Group Rooms Revenue Booked, and serving on the Hyatt SME Steering Committee representing JdV brands. Earlier in her career, Hampton held senior sales leadership roles with Aimbridge Hospitality and Hersha Hospitality Management, where she consistently delivered strong commercial results, elevated brand visibility, and cultivated impactful community partnerships.

Originally born in Mississippi and raised in the greater Atlanta area, Hampton brings a deep appreciation for culture, creativity, and connection to her work in hospitality. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Jackson State University and a Master's degree in Entertainment Business from Full Sail University, and is currently continuing her studies in data analytics and real estate.
