Jake Lynch has been promoted to SVP Strategic Operations at Trinity Investments
In this expanded role, Jake will continue to serve as a key member of Trinity's Strategic Operations team, overseeing a number of assets across the firm's global hospitality portfolio, including Hilton Atlanta, Kimpton Miralina Resort & Villas, The Ritz-Carlton Dallas, Las Colinas, and the Westin Maui Resort & Spa, Ka'anapali. He plays an integral role in driving operating performance, executing major repositionings, and advancing portfolio-wide initiatives.
Jake brings more than 15 years of industry experience spanning asset management, investment, and operational leadership. Prior to joining Trinity, he served as an asset manager at BRE Hotels & Resorts, Blackstone's hospitality investment and asset management platform, where he supported full-service hotel and resort portfolios and contributed to major repositioning efforts across the continental United States, Hawaii, and Brazil, as well as driving portfolio-wide initiatives to enhance net operating income.
Earlier in his career, Jake spent over seven years with Starwood Hotels & Resorts and Marriott, where he served in a series of senior rooms operations roles. Jake holds a Master of Management in Hospitality and a Graduate Minor in Real Estate Finance from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Arts in Hotel Management from Royal Roads University in Victoria, Canada.
